  • How do I get started with Yeat?
    You can fill up our interest form - Interest form or contact us at +91 93428 96730
  • Do my customers need an app to order from me?
    Yeat is a web based application & works on any browser. There is no app download required for customers to order/view your menu. You can simply share your shopfront link, and customers can place their order. However, to access your chef dashboard you can download it on the playstore.
  • Do I need any certification to join?
    You just need your FSSAI registration certificate as per government mandate. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, you can still fill our interest form. We can help you get your business registered.
  • What do I do once my account is created?
    Add your dishes, enable notifications, and set your shop timings
  • Does Yeat charge a commission?
    Yes, we charge a nominal commission - 5% off each order facilitated on Yeat.
  • How and when do I receive payments into my bank account?
    Razorpay takes care of settlements. All transactions will be settled to your bank account within T+2 working days.
  • Are there payment gateway charges?
    Razorpay charges a payment gateway fee of 2% + taxes on each transaction. For more details you may refer their website.
  • Do you have integrations with Delivery Service Providers?
    We have a Dunzo Delivery integration, with which your deliveries are automatically assigned, and your customers are notified via WhatsApp.
  • How long do I have to accept an order?
    From the time the customer places the order, you have 2 hours to accept it. If the order is not accepted within that time, it automatically get cancelled and the amount gets refunded to the customer.
  • What does setting shop timings mean?
    Continuing from the above answer, since you have 2 hours to accept an order once its been placed, setting your shop timings lets you decide the time window between which a customer can place their order.
  • Will I get alerted when someone places an order?
    Yes, we have WhatsApp integration, where you will be notified when a customer places an order. Similarly, your customers also get order updates via WhatsApp.
  • Can I issue discounts & coupon codes?
    Yes, you can issue both at your own discretion within your dashboards.
